Diese Phase ist die wichtigste. Beobachten Sie ihr Gewicht unter planfreier Ern\u00e4hrung genau, sobald es Tendenzen zur Gewichtszunahme gibt, sollten Sie die Ursache daf\u00fcr suchen. Sind die Mengen zu gro\u00df, ist die Nahrungszusammensetzung falsch, oder gibt es andere Gr\u00fcnde? Genau zu diesem Zeitpunkt haben Sie den Schl\u00fcssel in der Hand um zu bestimmen, ob Sie ihr Gewicht halten oder wieder in falsche Ern\u00e4hrungsgewohnheiten verfallen.
